Description
Plants are large ribbed, having a short stem.  The head is flat shaped, uniform, and achieves a depth of 7 inches.  Head reaches a diameter between 10 to 12 inches, and a weight of approximately 6-7 pounds.

This large variety is a very dependable yielder.  It stores remarkably well and is excellent for making kraut.
