The Emerald Artichoke buds are thornless, oval in shape with thick moist, nutty tasting flesh. The heart is large and deep. The plant is open and erect with the buds on long stems for easy harvest. Emerald can be grown as an annual or as a perennial. Emerald has a beautiful glossy green color.
