Description
The fruit is approximately 8 cm. in length, and 2.75 cm. in diameter.  The peppers are very uniform, very smooth and have a medium wall.  The fruit is cylindrical and blunt in shape.  At maturity, the fruit changes color, from medium green to red.

Comments
This variety is good for home gardening, and fresh market.  Excellent for spicing up Mexican cooking, this early hot pepper has nice walls, and makes a great topping for nachos.  Jalisco is tolerant to TMV. It has a continuous set and produces consistently high yields
