Seven Top
 

Description
The tops are between 20 and 22 inches in length.  The leaves are dark green with a cut leaf appearance.  The root is fibrous, tough, and inedible.

Approximately 45-50 days
 
Comments
Seven Top is suitable for fresh markets, and home gardens.  It is grown primarily in the south as a winter crop, producing greens in the early spring.  It is also used for stock grazing.
