Vegetable Spaghetti
 

Description
The plant is vine-like in its habits.  The fruit is cylindrical in shape, and tan to beige in color.  The interior is a yellow tan color that is stringy and creamy.  The fruit size averages 12 in. long by 5-6 inches wide.

Vegetable Spaghetti is suitable for fresh markets, home gardens and processing.  It stores very well and is very prolific.  A common method of consumption is to bake it whole, slice it open, remove the seeds, then, using a fork, remove or fluff it showing its spaghetti like strands.  Season it as you would a plate of spaghetti.
